I had a nasty shock when I opened the display of my Macbook Pro 2.2Ghz and I saw several coloured vertical lines on the left hand side of the screen. I pressed down on the display and the lines disappeared, however they reappear every time I open the display from being closed and I have to press the lower left hand corner to make them disappear again.

Do you think this is worth going to the Apple store and making a fuss about?

Consumer Man recomends you buy some more of these. Obviously when you've got one that actually works, you'll feel comfortable, happy and safe, more confident, and more able to express yourslf. And dont forget that famous 'CM' saying:
"I just saw it, and I wanted it !".
Hey !! We really do need all this stuff, right ?

    wtf, mate?
I don't think you can quote yourself after having 2 posts on the forums...
Actually, I don't think you should quote yourself at all. Also, don't speak in the third person.

kingdavids, definitely contact apple about it. If you bought it in a store, take it in, otherwise call up customer support
