This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Leopard included on DVD?

    When purchasing a Macbook, will Leopard be included on DVD? On the Apple site it is stated that Leopard is pre-installed and that 'software' will be included on DVD. However, it doesn't state that Leopard is the software that will be included on the DVD...

    Wondering, because I would be upgrading my hard disk...

    I've never seen a new Mac being sold that didn't come with the OS on disc.
