    Hi Folks , does anyone know where i can get a replacement screen for my macbook pro 2.16ghz intel core 2 duo, apart from going to apple for it , have found ones on ebay but only for the earlier versions ,also are they very difficult to replace ? any help would be greatly appreciated , Robin. :confused:

    Blah, 1920x1200 on a 15"? Thats so totally impossible to read anything on. 1600x1200 was bad enough...

    I don't understand why anyone would need that, may as well purchase an external monitor and hook it up via DVI.

    Lack of understanding does not equate to lack of possibilities. Someone with good eyes might prefer lots of screen real estate, all the time, instead of little screen real estate when in "portable mode". Or maybe, for whatever reason, the hypothetical person in question doesn't find it convenient to have an external monitor. I can read 1920x1200 in a 15.4" fine from a couple feet back.
