    How much faster is it overall when there's 6MB of L2 cache instead of 3?

    It depends 100% on what you are doing and how CPU intensive that tasking is.

    Internet browsing, etc not at all.

    Video editing, processing mass RAW files etc quite important.

    My advice would be to go with the 2.53Ghz processor (if you're wondering which one to get). The extra cache memory pays off.
