I'm thinking of upgrading my mbp ram to 4gb with two KVR667D2S5/2G...

I know this topic has been discussed but this was for the older mbp and back in 2006.

Does anybody know if it's compatible? I'll be testing it with memtest when I get it but I'd still like some evidence =)

Unfortunately I can't get Crucial ram in here... and not Kingston KTA too, only KVR here...

Kingston ValueRAM is fine. So yes, the 2.2/2.4GHz MBP supports up to 4GB of 200-Pin DDR2-667 PC2-5300 RAM.
