Thank you for those links! I've also been reading your thread and it's very helpful! Thank you for that as well.

    Question they say:
    Ships by: Jun 10 - Jun 12
    Delivers by: Jun 12 - Jun 18

Do you know if it's the earlier date or the later one?

I believe shipping meaning that the company ships it out of their hands... the deliver is up to your own person postal company. (This is true at least when I order clothing online, shipping is by the company processing and sending it out, deliver is when the postal company gets a hold of it).

I called Apple and they said 99% of the time they ship with FedEx. So, I guess I should call them. :]

W5F is awesome! And thats a really highly specced MacBook. Congrats on your purchase! Macs are fun and easy to use, except for Finder, which is kinda alienating at first. Supposedly you get used to it, except I never did...Whatever though, at the end of the day, its just an OS.

I'm considering selling my Asus and picking up a base MB with the 8GB iPod touch, but we'll see about that later on.

Thanks! Yeah, I love my w5f, but I'm going to GA Tech and they require higher specs than what I have. It was between Apple, Dell, and Lenovo. I decided to try something new!

haha, that's okay. I don't even know what Finder is!

You quoted before I could change my post a bit! :D
Montevina will be officially released in July, but it's anyone's guess when notebook manufacturer's will release updated models.
Some people are saying the macbook pro is most likely to be updated first, with the macbook to follow later. :(

No, I think you made a great purchase! :) I have heard that mac's retain their value much better than PC's, so if you ever decided to upgrade in the future, you could probably get most of your money back.
    I wouldn't worry about it. :)

Its the OS X version of Explorer (not IE, just the file Explorer), and like I said, its not as good (IMO).

I love my W7S, but I think I want something new. With decent battery life. Haha, and the MB comes with a free iPod touch. So yea, its probably the only one I would sell the W7S for.

No. September is usually the month for iPods. I doubt theyll do anything computer related.
