    Hey guys,

On my old PC I had the Japanese language pack installed for my studies and class. Since I've now moved to the Mac side of things, and I was trying to find info on additional language support. I used to be able to type phonetically on the keyboard on my old PC, for my Japanese studies. Is there anything like this on my Macbook Pro at all?

Seems that I can read Katakana, Hiragana and see Kanji just fine ... so I assume there must be someway to enable typing in Japanese ...

    Thanks!

it is very easy on a Mac as well.

just go to your System Preferences/International/ and you should have some options for languages etc.

all you have to do is check the languages you want to include and you can set shortcuts etc.
