    Hi, I've been using a mid 2007 macbook pro with an 8600gt till about 2 weeks ago when I dropped it and it pretty much died = (

    Anyways it's lasted me well (been through more abuse than just a couple drops) and I'm dead set on getting another MBP. However there's been a lot of conflicting reports as to if it's worth it to get the current unibody, wait for the inevitable refresh (as with all technology), and what's going to be in the refresh.

    As I'm sure most of the people in this forum have seen;

    But at the same time;

    Given that, and mainly for univ + WoW do you peeps think it'd be worth it to buy the current MBP with 9600gt (s) expecting similar performance but amazing battery compared to my old mbp or wing it on this netbook till the supposed late jan/early feb refresh?

    In addition, assuming apple does adopt arrandale with or without nvidia integrated, what gpu(s) do you think we can expect while still maintaining that 7 hour battery life? (IMO, I really see them going with 4670 or 5670 given what they're doing on the iMacs)
