Just a preface, I have a MacBook with built in isight, don't have leapord.

My CD/ DVD drive hasn't been working lately, been making lots of noise and just not showing that it realizes there is something in it. So, on the Mac website, it said that something which might help is to reset the PRAM, and now isight wont work. I don't think it's even installed anymore, but I'm not sure. Does anyone know either why this would happen or how to re-download isight for OS version 10.4.11?

Did the PRAM resetting fix the DVD drive? If it didn't, then something is wrong with your hardware. If you still have warranty, send it back to Apple.
If a PRAM reset did fix your DVD, then you could always try doing it again. Drivers for iSight is contained in OS X, and resetting PRAM does nothing to software, so your iSight not working is a not a driver related issue.
