Then you can install your own 4 GB upgrade
ALL THIS FOR LESS THAN THE 2.4GH model

Headphones $40 on amazon
Mouse $58 on amazon
Incase $38 on amazon
Macbook $1269 on amazon
$1405 on Amazon w/ super saver shipping
I am just excited about 18 month Financing on this -
Wait - were you being sarcastic? I hope so, because if that is the 2 Ghz model, then they are basically charging you 134 bucks for a sleeve, mouse, and headphones (using the MSRP of the 2.0Ghz unibody as being 1299). I know that there was a deal on the 2.0 Ghz model in late December, during which time it was being sold for 1099 including VMWare Fusion, a 100$ HP printer rebate, and other accessories.
-
Yeah that's a great deal! If only you have the backlit keyboard though...
-
-
It's a good deal because if you need all of that, plus 4GB of RAM, you would still be under the cost of the 2.4GHz model. I guess I over-reacted when I saw it....
EDIT: I thought it was the 2.4GHz. My bad... -
Plus this is Bestbuy and I am comparing it to Amazon...I thought this is a pretty good deal for them considering you don't have to pay for it for 18 months
Im sure Bestbuys in store prices are not the same as amazons -
Amazon rocks
-
-
yeah I know that...I meant pay (in full) for it in 18 months
but thanks for the heads up -
So are you picking that up tomorrow? =) We need pics and a full report if you do.
-
The thing is, you can get a better case (Shinza ZeroShock III 13") for the same price or cheaper. Plus you can get a better and cheaper bluetooth notebook mouse for less (try Logitech). Not to mention, there are better Sony headphones you can get (i.e. Sony V6).
That bundle is not too hot when you really think about it. -
I am thinking of jumping on this.... I agree with everyone that there are better extras to be had so I'm going to head to BB tomorrow and see if maybe I could switch out the accessories w/ something else
I would prefer the Speck see-thru to the case and don't really have a need for a mouse but upgraded headphones would be nice -
figured I would update that Best buy wouldn't budge on the accessories that they offer. They even when as far to tell me that if "we don't have every accessory in stock we can not sell you the package." I thought it was bs that if they didn't have the package in stock that they wouldn't strike a deal with things they did have. Bestbuy is starting to me off.
Is this not the best deal for the new Macbook
