    Is there an easy way to resize my Mac OS and Windows partitions?

    Is there a program like partition magic that will allow me to resize them without have to format?

    What he said. Partition Magic should work. You can run it on windows or boot it up with a boot CD.

    Well I've tried using it but it crashes as It doesn't recognize the mac partition

    You could try gparted (Google it). It's free. I have no idea how it handles Mac partitions, but I would expect it to work.
