It is illegal to install a Mac OS on anything but a Mac.

It's illegal to do anything anymore. Having said that, it is possible to run OS X on an Intel based PC, though certain hardware may not function properly.

If you're really interested in OS X, it is would be highly recommend to get an Apple based computer to ensure compatibility. Plus, with OS X Leopard, you can now run Windows XP/Vista on a Mac.

Sorry, but doing this is against the EULA and thus is not allowed on the forums.
