This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Is it possible to install Mac OS X on a Asus computer I have? Not sure if this can be done or not just curious.

    Asus G53JW-A1 1.73 Ghz i7-940QM 8Gb 320Gb Momentus XT nVidia GT460M 1.5Gb.

    Being that the EULA for Apple's OS X specifically prohibits you from doing this, and you agree to that EULA when you use the software...thread closed :).
