    I wanted to use some clips from youtube in one of my imovie projects. But i dont know exactly how to do it. Any1 out there know how to do this??? I need instructions please. :confused:

    Download firefox from www.mozilla.com. Then use the DownloadHelper add-on to download from youtube. Then look up free flv converter on google (this will convert the unusable flash video to MPEG.

    Alternatively, some websites allow you to enter the address of the video you want to download and do everything for you. Reliability is questionable though. If you do find one that works use free FLV converter to convert to MPEG

    I've been using tooble to automatically download and convert youtube flv's to iphone/ipod compatible format. It can also be set to automatically import them to itunes for syncing. Its availalbe for free here and is stupidly easy to use and seems less hassle than using a browser and converting later. Link
