This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    on my purchase history says i bought but after i clicked buy, nothing happend? where is it? when tried agian it says i already bought it so,i didnt try again.

    Contact Apple...but actually, I haven't purchased the upgrade yet, so I don't know exactly where it might be (but once you purchase, you can re-download it, so if you restore your iPod Touch you can get it back, so it has to be there somewhere), but under Store in the Menu Bar, try pressing Check for Purchases, and see if downloads.

    If not, contact Apple customer support through iTunes.

    Try syncing the iPod through iTunes. It *may* show the update available.

    it should be able to transfer instantly. I purchased the software, and in an instant, it was there on my iPod.
