Since I saw a few (closed) threads on this subject, with no definitive answer, and since I also suffered the same issue, here is how you uninstall Internet Cleanup from a Mac. My versions:

    - Internet Cleanup (Smith Micro) V5.0 (fully paid version)
    - Mac/OS 10.5.6

Why did I want to uninstall this SW? Because I was fed up having to reply to warnings about security for every ***ing time I started up mail or a browser. It never seemed to learn, even after setting up specific rules for every application, every port....
After various attempts at uninstalling this package via the usual means: dragging it to trash, and rebooting, it was still there, sending the same warning messages. After checking forums, did not find the answer, so (guess what?) I went to the suppliers own site:

    Go to:
    http://support.smithmicro.com/cs/sm...19zZWxlY3Q9MjImcF9wYWdlPTE*&p_li=&p_topview=1

Incredibly, you have to download the installer to UNinstall Internet Cleanup. Follow the instructions on this site, and it works. Phew...!
