Ok so I have a small ssd drive in my windows computer so I don't really like to put my movies in there because I have a lot of space on my Macbook Pro

What I wanna know is how do I share my files and movies from my mac to my windows without having to always put the movies in a usb drive?

Yeah it's the same network I tried the SMB option and it worked BUT it shares my whole system and users, I only want to share ONE folder

How do I set it up as if I only want to share ONE folder?
