    Basically my MBA has crashed as the MBA has an SSD is there any adapters or caddy i can use to get my data restored?

    what do you mean by "crashed"

    The way your using it doesn't sound quite right... because I'd just restart the machine.

    If the SSD " crashed " as in became corrupted there is no recovery, just your backups

    True, if the SSD is dead, you're screwed, if something else in the mac is toast, then you should be ok.
