    Hey people,
I need to copy a few pages from a website (any), safari to Pages or even to Microsoft Word 2008(mac version of course). How do you do it!??! Copy & Paste is not working properly, whatever I copy from Safari gets out of order in Pages. Basically every item starts on a new line, so if you try to copy a few images and text and a table all together each of this items will stay on another line. This results in a weird paragraph, far away from it's initial look.

Is there a way to keep the formating just as it's on the website?

On the PC it keeps the structure pretty nice on the majority of the website that I tried(from IE to Word), but none of them copy and paste properly on the mac. Apple customer service didn't give me any alternative. Actually they said I can take a snapshot (image) and copy and paste this way, but that doesn't work at all when you want to work on that text (you can not edit it easily as it's an image).

    In Safari:
    File > Save As
Make sure web source is selected in the Format drop down menu
Save the file to the Desktop (or wherever)
Right click on the file > Open With > Microsoft Word
(or you can try Pages; I don't have Pages so I couldn't test it)

Note: Word threw up an error (typical) when I was testing this but it still loaded in word with most of the html elements intact.
