I just bought a Macbook Pro and I wanted to run windows on it. I know that I have to get bootcamp but I'm not really sure how it works. Do I have to pay for it or do I just download it? Also, once I download it I will be able to use windows forever right?
    Thanks

Bootcamp is offered for free right now as a trial from Apple. Bootcamp will be included in Leopard when it comes out later this year.

Also, Bootcamp will most likely be offered as a separate program once Leopard comes out. It is up to you whether or not you want just Bootcamp or you want to buy Leopard that will have Bootcamp with it.

Right now bootcamp is free. All you need to do is download it, install it, and follow one of the many tutorials on how to install XP on a Mac. It is not that hard and should only take a couple of hours to get everything setup right. Good luck.
