I want to mix and match between the Nature and Plants and Art albums in Snow Leopard but I don't know where to find these pictures.

background pictures? are you talking about on the desktop or on the login page?

There is actually a way to change the bland background on the login page as well.

This is the worst kind of reply.

What usually happens is that threads like this one somehow end up high on Google resulting in search results that do nothing but refer back to Google. Ugh.

Anyway, the login background image can be changed manually or with a program called Loginox (I haven't tried it myself).

The OP has posted at least 5 topics I can remember that he could have figured via a simple Google search. And the OP rarely, if ever comes back to the thread they started, and if they do, they ask another question that could be answered via Google and don't thank anyone for the information provided.

And the first search result under "change login background mac" is a link to what you linked so calm down killer. We are happy to help but only when they try to help themselves somewhat.

I'm obviously not talking about this specific thread. It's more of a general observation about searching for something and then finding useless posts that just refer back to Google (or to a site's search engine).

True and in that case the best cause of action would be not to post anything at all.

Yeah... as soon as you mention Google, Google ranks the page higher. Many times I've searched for something on Google only to find the answer it "go look on Google" just like this.
