When I did my first backup, Time Machine got my Movies folder. I already have it backed up elsewhere and have since added it to the list of folders Time Machine will exclude in the future. Now currently it's wasting ~100 GB on my external HDD. The Time Machine viewer doesn't seem to give me an option to delete anything and Finder complains about deleting backed up files if I try to do it manually. Is there an easy way to delete this folder?

Turn on Time Machine, from the Finder in TM highlight the file you want to remove from backup. Click the "Action" button at top of the Finder window and select "Delete all backups of xxxfile".
