Curious how games look at the "default" Retina resolution as I imagine it would be the go to resolution for silky frame rates while gaming. Does 1440x900 look blurry? Normally I would assume this to be the case, using a non-native resolution, but with Retina this is different as we are really talking about pixel density.

This is something I would like to know aswell. Btw pixel density is higher resolution. Higher res + smaller screen = higher pixel density. Anyways because 1440x900 is half 2880 by 1800 should that mean it should look a little
More pixelated instead of blurry?

fullscreen games change to an actual 1440x900, not Apple scaling version. I cannot tell its not native though. If I use anything except 1440x900 or 2880x1800 I can tell, but its still barely... because the pixels are so tiny.

Diablo 3 looks fine, I think you will see bad scaling only at ridiculous resolution such as 1024x768.

Karamazovmm Overthinking? Always!
and in you have the i7 3615qm, not the 3610qm, aside that there is no gtx 650m, only a gt 650m, the gtx family starts at X60, not at X50

There fixed it again, I give up.

hehehhheehehehe givent that you dont have a so ordinary processor, but a real ordinary gpu, in a extremely non ordinary package, with some less or more ordinary ports, with a non ordinary res.
try this for a sig:

How do games at 1440x900 look on Retina MBP?
