In Windows, open up boot camp assistant (system tray or control panel or program files) and set it under the startup options pane to OSX by default.

In OSX, it's under System Preferences, Startup, or under Boot Camp Assistant in Apps>Utilities

    In Windows:

If you have Boot Camp 1.3 go to Control Panel --> Startup Disk and Select Mac OS.

If you have Boot Camp 1.4 go to Control Panel --> Boot Camp, then select the Startup Disk tab and Select Mac OS.
