    Aside from that one dent, that mostly just sounds like (potential) cosmetic damage, which shouldn't affect the performance of the laptop whatsoever. And, aside from that dent, it sounds like you made sure to take care of the device and made sure to handle it carefully. So it's not too surprising that yours lasted seven years.

    Extremely high build quality, but it's certainly not waterproof and won't withstand too many drops ;)
