    I know it comes with 2gb but is there two sticks of 1gb or just a 2gb stick? Cause if i wanted to upgrade it to 3gb or even 4gb i wouldn't do it through apple.($$$$)

    2 DIMMS of 1GB each. They weren't willing to change it to 1x2GB for me :(

    What?!

    2x1GB? GUH!

    That sucks... I'm getting 2x2GB, they are really cheap here from Australian computer stores, especially the 'popular ones'... 2GB sticks are like 110 each, good brand too

    Might sell the 2x1GB ones..

    Thats when I get my MBP that is...

    That really sucks, but if you sell the 2 sticks that come with it and then buy a 2gb stick, you might break even.

    Yeah and add a little extra for the other 2GB stick, they are really cheap now.
