So, tomorrow I start my classes and yet I'm still not in bed and its 1 A.M in the morning. I'm off to a great start right?

Actually that wasn't a joke, because I am as I found what appears to be an awesome program for school students! It's basically a schedule and homework management software called 'Schoolhouse'.

It looks just like any other OS X application, and its integrated with iPod and iCal, so you can quickly check whats needed to be done and whats coming up in the calender.

My favorite feature so far appears to the fact that you can enter your grade score when you get it back. Now why is this my favorite? Well for each grade entered it updates your GPA information. To me thats a pretty dang good feature as I can have an idea of what classes I should be putting extra time into should it ever get bad.

    Anyways schoolhouse is free.

heres a link for more info.

I also added the link to the Mac Guide for future references.

It's fully integated with iCal? So the to-do list in schoolhouse carries onto iCal's overall one? And the due dates appear and everything?

Man. There is so much awesome freeware for macs now..too many to decide. I want my mac now! Sort of.

    Sigh. School starts.

There's also another program called iProcrastinate:

Not sure that it has all the features of Schoolhouse though.

I have checked out iProcrasinate and only found that its a step by step program, meaning you put in a task and then you decide how you want to split it up over time, spliting your stuff you need to get done, and each task you complete you check the box and it shows you a status bar.

Since I started classes today, I already entered in my first class assignments as well as the instructor information, I really like the Ask an Instructor feature, as since I entered in all his information, I just click that button and a little popup comes up, just put in your question and hit send.

I'm assuming it uses your Mail client information for your e-mail information to send the message.

It also is integrated with .Mac using the same technology iCal is on, ClassCast is what its called. The program has tons of potential, but the author is being very generous making this program and using his spare time for it. It's great that you can find such quality software as this for free.

I, however, will probably donate some money to him anyways.
