    Help needed - Previous system folder

    Today I`ve had some problems with my mac and I decided to reinstall my mac. I used the installation cd and i saved my files in previous system folder..
    now i cant open that folder because it says that i dont have enough access privileges to open it.
    Can u help me? What should I do because all my files are there?

    Log onto your Mac with an admin account, right click on the folder in question, go to Get Info, and at the very bottom of the window that pops open change the permission settings.
