    Hi all,

I have a problem with my new macbook pro 15", running OSX 10.5.2 (leopard), and trying to connect to my HP deskjet 3845. I thought I needed the driver, so I tried downloading from their site. That didn't work. I connected via usb, and my computer found hp deskjet 3840, driver HP Inkjet 2.5, but when I tried to add the printer I got an error. I called HP and they said I may have installed an older driver over the one that came with my leopard and said I should uninstall and try to reinstall the drivers from my leopard disk, but they would not tell me how to uninstall. I sent email to HP. No response. I then tried connecting to printer through airport express. I could not add the printer there either because it could not find a driver for it. Any thoughts? This has been going on for 2 days now. Please help!
    Thanks,
    Karin
