    hi, i just so happen to use my freeagent pro harddrive after 1 year collecting dust... i was busy with my windows desktop... playing games.... :eek:

    anyway... my freeagent pro froze mid-file transfer. i was transfering data between 2 of my freeagent drives (same type and model) and mid-file transfer it would occasionally froze.

    anyone else ever experience similar?

    is this compatibility issue or there is something wrong with the drive?

    if i ask for warranty (its only 1 year old, and the warranty is 5) will they replace the drive brand new?
