I've read the tips on how to make folders appear at top in Finder. No problem there.

Now I want the same thing (folders at top) when:
    - attaching a file to an email (I use Outlook for Mac)
    - opening a file from an application (i.e., in MS Word, File>Open)

Does someone know of a way to do this?
