This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Firefox Timed Out

    When I use Firefox, it times out when I go to the MSN homepage page. It loads everything quickly expect for the Olympics banner that it recently added. I have to wait for about 15-20 secs before the page is fully loaded. That never happened before. I had downloaded Microsoft Silverlight recently as well. Could that be the reason the webpage is delayed in loading? As for all other websites that I have encounter, I haven't had a problem with Firefox. Just the MSN homepage. Quite annoying because I use Hotmail and when I sigh out, it locks my browers until the MSN homepage is fully loaded.
