Is there a way in Leopard to edit the text on the log on box, under the Apple icon? Or I guess, a better question: is there a way to create a custom welcome message for users when logging in to Leopard? I believe I've come across an App in the past which would allow it, but I'm wondering if there is something that can be edited in OS X to allow this customization
