    Here are some pictures

IDK if im buying really OCD about this, or if it's really a big problem.

1st picture shows a dent (rear right side on the display aluminium panel)
6 & 7th picture compares left and right side of the macbook where the access panels are locatd (as you can see one side is perfect, and the other side has some more room because the angle is off on the actual body)

    sigh i hate this :-(

Maybe I'm doing something wrong here but I only see one picture of a white spot on the bottom of your Macbook. There are no other pics.

Is this a new Macbook? Which one is this one? Did you just buy it? If so, when? Did it ship to you in this condition?

No it's not. It's the Macbook Unibody, I bought it 2 weeks ago (around there?) I bought it from eBay, and yes it was shipped to me in this condition

Well from the looks of the pictures I don't see it as a serious problem, more cosmetic if anything. Actually I would rather have dents in an Apple computer vs. cracks in the plastic from the plastic Macbook or plastic PC's. I don't blame you for feeling OCD about it, of course we want our Macs to look good especially if we just got them. I say, don't worry about it in terms of something turning out to be a problem.
What I would recommend is if you live near an Apple retail store is take it there and have them look at it since it's still under warranty and if there are no issues then have them log it in their system and include the cosmetic damage so if you have any future problems they won't blame it on the dents or cosmetic issues from the aluminum casing.

Its not a major issue. That being said, its a new computer and I would want it to be in perfect condition. If I was you, I'd have it replaced.

He bought it from ebay. Was it a good deal? Now you know why. Apple won't replace. If they do, you are lucky.
