PM me - I need a copy of the install discs that came with this MacBook Pro, and I'm willing to pay someone to help me out. Thanks!

I MAY have one floating around my desk at work - but I'm not back in the office until Monday. Can you wait until then?

Sure, no one else has stepped forward yet. Just let me know. But I'd need a copy of both discs that came with the computer - the OS X install disc, and the applications disc.

    Bump! Still looking.

edit: forgot to mention, they have to be Mac OS X version 10.6.4. That's why I can't just use a retail Snow Leopard disc.

Best bet would be for someone that has this computer with these discs to just rip them and upload them for me. Even Apple said it would be fine for me to do that, as I own the original product they came with and the software is licensed to the computer.

    Easiest money ever!

Believe me, I wish 10.6.3 worked, it is far easier to get my hands on. But the MBP was built in October 2010, and shipped with 10.6.4, therefore, it won't take anything earlier than that.

Mac OS X versions (builds) for computers

And I officially hate Apple for not releasing updated versions of full Snow Leopard builds.
