Someone over at the official Apple forums noticed that the description of the Macbook Pro 17" keys was different from the 15", then apple silently updated the wording on the 15" models too to match the description of the keys from the 17" models.
There is speculation, that since there have been some complaints about the Macbook Pro keyboard, Apple have silently updated it for the Macbook Pro 17" and for every Macbook Pro 15" manufactured since early to mid January onwards?

So I was wondering, does anyone here have a Macbook Pro 15" that was manufactured since mid January (not just store stock purchased since then), and are the keys "better" than the earlier model Macbook Pro's?

So absolutely no-one has bought a Macbook Pro from apple.com in the last few weeks? No-one's Macbook Pro keys are curved in any way at all?

I just ordered one yesterday and hope to have it by next weekend. Hopefully someone answers before then but I will post what I get.

Hmmm interesting, I'm looking at my apple keyboard and my unibody MBP bought in oct and the MBP keys look like they have a slight curve. It might just be me.
*Edit* Putting a credit card on top of each does show the the MBP keyboard keys do have a curve, not vary much but there is one. -
the very slightest curve it appears here. EXTREMELY MINIMAL.
Im still not used to the keys yet, kinda missing the old style, which I ironically hated when I first bought.
Do recent Macbook Pro's have new, better, curved keys? Did apple silently update the Macbook Pro keyboard?
