Open boot camp assist. Under the Utility menu, select "copy drivers to folder".

Create a disk image from that folder (you can use terminal or disk utility). Make sure you make it an iso or some other format that Windows can actually read (i.e not dmg).

If your Windows volume is FAT32, simply drag it over.
If it's NTFS, install macfuse and ntfs-3g and then drag it over.
Alternatively, you could plug in external storage in FAT32.

After this, boot up onto the Windows side and mount the image using daemon-tools or alcohol120. Now you can use that disk image as if it's a CD.

EDIT: this is completely theoretical and I haven't tried this :p. I see no reason why it shouldn't work however.

EDIT2: you could try this without using disk images at all (i.e. just moving the drivers folder over and trying to install from the exe within the folder). Not sure if it'd work.

You do not need to burn an actual disk or create an image. If you use the "Copy Drivers to Folder" as taelrak mentioned you can simply find a way to copy that folder to your Windows partition and then run the installer. I use a Flash Drive. It works, I promise :D.

And with Boot Camp Beta v1.4 you don't even need to run the Boot Camp Assistant to extract the Mac Windows Drivers. Just right-click the Boot Camp Assistant --> Show Package Contents. Then navigate to Contents --> Resources. Double click (Mount) the DiskImage.dmg and copy the content of the "Mac Drivers" drive.

Listen to taelrak and Xander above ;).

Anyways, just in case you're interested, as Xander stated with Version 1.4, Apple plans, in Boot Camp's final version, to get rid of the need to burn files onto a CD/DVD or copy them onto a flash drive, etc. Just a note of interest.

And Dell111, how in the world can you not find CD/DVDs in Vancouver? :p
