I'm sorry but I don't know much about Mac's. You could try using a data recovery utilitiy. I have searched in Google for such a program and there are quite a few options but unfortunately are quite costly. Apparantly on the latest OS (Leopard) there is a program built in called Time Machine which is a data backup and recovery utility.

What do you mean by Boot Camp folder? You mean you repartitioned the HD? Or do you mean you removed the Boot Camp application?
Please consider writing in complete sentences and using correct grammar in your future posts.

BootCamp is not a folder. It's an application that partitions your hard drive so you can install Windows. Either you deleted the application or the Windows partition.

You should take your mac to your nearest Apple store or Mac repair shop and see if they can either recover it or get you a new disc...

If you can't find one, then maybe you should try a forum that is in your first language? It'll make troubleshooting A LOT easier.

    Hope that helps

You need the restore disks that came with your computer. Try calling Apple and see if they can send you new restore disks.

Do you use Tiger or Leopard?

You can find versions 1.x for download on the 'net, but I'm not too sure about 2.x.

I'm still using 1.1 and doing pretty well (running Tiger here)

Hum, I don't think Apple provides download anymore (after all, they didn't officially support 1.x Beta).

Just search "boot camp 1.4 download" and you should find plenty of links on the web (~350MB).

LOL! I love this place! :D

Anyway, I need to learn more about MAC's. Is there any Virtual PC type application I can run on XP or Vista that will emulate MAC OS X or will I have to purchase a MAC?

    Thanks in advance

You are not allowed to run OS X on any machine that isn't a Mac. So I guess the only way you will be able to use OS X is to either purchase a Mac, or to remotely access a Mac someone else owns.

The current recommendation on Macbooks is to wait, since it is highly likely there will be a revamp of the entire Macbook range in October. If you are looking for something cheap and unnoticeable just to experiment with OS X, a Mac Mini would be a good choice.
