    Is it ok to defrag the drive on a Mac with boot camp installed?

    Yes. Windows is on a separate partition and has nothing to do with the mac partition.

    No probs. In fact, even if you have MacDrive installed, Diskeeper 2007 Pro Premer won't autodefrag your OSX drive, so no worries there.
