    Sentences help ;)

Well if it was a bad burn or an error occurred, then the disc is useless now. What software did you use? Did the disc come out because the burning was completed or did an error occur during the burning process?

I am of course wondering if the software was pulling something off the disc and you have to insert a blank disc, like if you 'copy disc' with Nero for example

    Do explain please

The issues is this, I used the iDVD to convert the fie and burn. It was suppose to be one step. Anyways it did what it had to and the DVD came out, so I figured everything was ok. Tried the DVD it didnt work on any DVD player (ntsc) so I went to try it on the MAC book pro, it wouldnt even take the DVD kept ejecting it, now I cant put and DVD or CD inside it will not stay in...I don't really care abt the dvd, I was just checking how the IDVD worked. I am now concerned about the MAC book pro DVD player/cdrom etc.

Well, contact AppleCare or head to the nearest Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider. It should be a hardware issue, or even if its a software issue they'll fix it :).
