I noticed that lately streaming videos have been kind of choppy until completely loaded. Here's an example:

    http://xbox360.ign.com/dor/objects/14232680/gears-of-war-2/videos/gears2_vidreview.html

After the video bar loads completely the video plays fine but as it auto-plays before the bar is completely loaded it's pretty choppy. Have you guys been experiencing this? I'm not completely sure but I don't think it used to be like this..

    Thanks

Works fine for me. Using Firefox 2, the higher res video(think it was 640~), and 10.5.5

What browser are you using? Have you updated flash to the latest version? Restarted the laptop in a while?

Could also be your internet connection. If its slow/being used if you only load a certain amount, and play all of it, itll pause until you load some more. Depending on the player, it will do something similiar to that. Could just be slow internet?

I use to get choppy video on my old computer if there was a lot of applications open or something using the internet.

I'm wondering if maybe it's the flash player. Quicktime videos stream fine.. is there a way to reinstall it?

Upgraded to flash 10.. still same problem while movie loads. After it loads it plays okay. I don't have this problem in quicktime..
