Anyone have good experience with a nice carrying case that supports both the 13.3 MB and 15.4 MBP?

I want something that will hold both well.. Ideally it would be similar to a backpack/rucksack insofar as there would be additional space to carry about 2 days worth of well squashed clothes :) or....the equivalent of a days worth of classroom materials...Basically, my PC wants to go with me on weekends away on a plane ..

I don't really want to spend more than about $50...there seems to be hundreds of different carry bags around so I'd thought I'd ask here.

    Thanks

Eh... For 50$ you'll be hard pressed to find ANYTHING nice. I have a Targus traveler
    [IMG]
And it can hold my 15.4" M70 in one compartment(in the pic where the laptop is), and my brothers 14" averatec in another (where the text book is.) Its pretty comfortable and has MORE then enough space for the adapters and wallets for CD/DVD's... I paid 100$ canadian but i'm sure you can find it for around $70usd or less.

How about getting 2 protective sleeves and putting it in just any well-made bag? It'll put you well over $100 bucks, but it'll be the safest bet for what you're looking for. You can decide to take both, take one, or take none at all! No problem!

Crumpler makes some pretty good bags designed for Apple laptops. Mind you they are a little expensive, but I reckon they're pretty good.

    Thanks for the feedback.

Targus is always good..will look it up.
I didn't think of sleeves - I am going to the Apple store today so will check them out.

Depending on how that works I will look at Crumpler...

Thanks for the feedback....I may up my budget :) I just didn't want anyone to recommend the Lexus when there's a Toyota!

    Thanks

Crumpler is gonna put you way over budget. They do make nice stuff though, I have their school hymn and love it. If you like that type of sleeve, I also suggest looking at the iSkin SOHO.

I think sleeves are a good way to go. I can use my hiking bag for school now too, which helps the budget because now I don't have to buy two. Plus having a sleeve allows me to go without a bag if I don't need to take anything more than the notebook.
