    Yo,

First issue with my new Mac. Here goes...

Despite holding down the option key during boot, my Mac will no longer give me the option of booting into XP. It just goes straight to OS X. Anyone else heard of that problem, and is there anyway to repair the bootloader?

i asked about this about a week ago, it seems to be a common problem when I googled it. I have heard that it only happens if you are using FAT instead of NTFS. I suggest you try it ( i havn't had a chance to try that myself). Right now I just set my computer to boot into xp by default and everytime I turn on my computer I just go option and boot into os x manually

Well, I'm back in XP. Seems my USB mouse was doing funky stuff, like constantly sending a key signal, preventing the machine from getting the option key signal by itself. I unplugged the mouse and everything works again.
