I have my mouse hooked up to a USB port on my MBP, the other USB port is connected to a USB hub with a printer and a keyboard. Whenever I put my MBP in sleep, whenever I come out of sleep my mouse needs to be reconnected, but my keyboard and printer work fine. I never experienced this with my mouse before I got a Targus USB hub. Any ideas?

Have you tried swapping the ports between the hub and the mouse?

    cheers ...

weird... I have a Targus HUB on mine... with my logitech trackball plugged in the other USB port (usually I have it in the HUB though)... it works just fine even through sleep... not sure what to tell ya. I dont ahve a printer hooked up since mines wireless, but i have a USB headset in it, my iPhone, a keyboard, and an external hard drive... usually the mouse too. everything always seems to work ok. I pretty much have the same exact MBP too.

weird. have you experimented with another hub? another mouse?

macbook is recognizing the two active ports on the hub when it awakens but not the 2nd port on the mbp... interesting.
