    I am thinking buying a 500GB 2.5" WD HD for my macbook and taking out the original HD. Can I swap the macbook HD with the PS3 120G HD? so I can download more contents from PSN.

    Yes, you should be able to. I had no problems putting a friend's original drive into an external enclosure.

    PS3 uses SATA HDD so you are good as long as the HDD from your unibody Mac is also SATA, which it is.

    I thought that you could only use a seagate momentus hard drives.
