Hi everyone - I'm so excited at having just ordered my first MBP, I can't wait to get my hands on it, although I'm a bit nervous never having owned one before and always using Windows in its' various iterations!!

For info I've ordered the 17"MBP, 2.93 processor, 320gb hdd@7200rpm, with iwork also ordered.

I've also posted this question on the Apple Support forum, so I hope this doesn't break the rules also posting here. If so, apologies and feel free to delete this mods. (Please don't though, as I really need to get this question answered!!!!!)

A question for you gurus here - having had a windows based laptop in the past it was possible to sync my outlook (office 2007) files (.pst) between our desktop p.c. & the laptop using sync2 software.

My concern now is how am I going to sync between the mbp & the desktop p.c. using windows vista with office 2007? Can I use the mail program which comes with the mbp/do I need to buy office for the mac/ is there another program I should be looking at using/ is mobile me the answer/ is it possible to do this anyway?

Hope you can help and apologies if this is posted in the wrong section - if so mods please move as applicable.

    Many thanks
    Rick
