    Hey guys,

I havent calibrated my macbook pro's (mid 2010) battery in the last 7--8 months and am planning on doing one soon. Just to clarify its still the same process even when running mac os x lion right? the usual being - draining the battery and allowing it to sleep for 5 hours and then the recharge?

Also, here's an OCD question. This won't hurt the MBP in anyway right?

    thanks

I have a few mid 2010 MBP and the unibody.
If i recall these newer batteries do NOT need to be calibrated like the old
    Portables with built-in batteries
