Can someone tell me how can I calibrate my battery??? I read somewhere that its good to calibrate it every like 30 cycles.

Essentially, you charge it completely, then use up all of the battery, then charge it completely again.
Full instructions on Apple's site here. -
i dont really recommend you do this often though. its bad for the battery, its just if you want to squeeze a bit of battery life, if you notice that the battery charge indicator doesnt show the correct level (you have a feeling that the battery uptime should be more).
i would just recommend you do a deep discharge cycle. use up your battery until the notebook went to force-sleep, or just to around 3-5% would be enough. -
I calibrate my battery every 6 months or so, not too often, but just enough to keep the readings accurate.

i leave my laptop mainly on charge because this helps in maintaining my battery health.
