    Hey all
Well i was working on designing a scene on my PC, but found out that it sometimes becomes slow,or it takes quite some minutes to apply a Blur(especially the Radial blur), so i decided to test it on my uncles iMac and surprisingly it loaded the application faster and also i found that it took less time to apply this blur. and overall i found it faster.
So is CS5 overall faster on OS X ? This is the first time i tested it on both OS's so I'm sorry if its been asked before

What video card does each computer have?

Make sure they are both 64 bit because I read that memory intensive programs benefit a lot from 64 bit.

We have a wide variety of users on CS5. (Web development company)
A significant chunk amount of PC users and pretty much all our mac users...

Neither PC nor Mac users seem to be particularly more productive.
Either our mac users are lazy, or the degree of "faster" is not by that much.

This doesn't mean certain things might not be faster... it just means that on average in our company having a mac doesn't help any more than what the user is familiar with.

I know for sure CS4 ain't faster on OS X ... Then again, my PC is a monster compared to my MBP, so not a fair comparison at all.
