    Hi , im going to be in new zealand for the next 6 months , and i want to buy a mbp from online apple store , becouse the resellers dont have mbp with 4gb ram

    But, do i need to have a new zealand credit card to buy there?

    my credit card works is international(works in any country) but its from brasil

    You could try and see, but it's generally cheaper to buy the ram yourself and upgrade it.

    I definitely recommend purchasing RAM elsewhere and putting it in yourself. You save some money and it really is an easy task.

    buy the mbp from your local apple store and ram from bestbuy or whatsoever.

    theres no apple store in new zealand i think. and resellers are expensive

    those 'shop smart' have a good price and sell ram.

    if i buy one mbp with 2gb , those 2gb will be 1x2gb or 2x1gb?

    Get a 2x2gb set from newegg and save yourself a few hundred dollars. It only takes like a minute to install.

    Well, we have no idea when the next MacBook Pro will be released, so its unpredictable. We can only look at Intel's roadmap to kind of guess around. If you are in need of a notebook, I would say don't wait.

    I don't think you need to buy any of those accessories, if anything you may consider an extra battery, but it probably won't be of much use.
